Due to NJ State COVID regulations, we ask that everyone wear a mask when they go up to the Food Buffet Table. (don’t have to wear one at tables, etc – unless you want to – and be mindful of others feelings) – There is a note on each table asking that people wear a mask when they go up to the Food Buffet Table.

SET UP for BRIDAL SHOWER

FRIDAY, April 16th – Sue will set up the Hall (tablecloths, decor, buffet table, dessert/cake table, candy bar, sangri bar, sconce flowers, etc)

Sue will post some photos on Friday of how Hall looks set up, etc and will send to girls.

SATURDAY, April 17th – 10am – Sue will arrive (set up music/microphone, ice down water, sodas, bring cake, etc). Emily/Girls to arrive by 11am (to put hanging decor on backdrop, finish setting up sangri bar with drinks/fruit, etc). Sue’s sister and Joey’s mom to arrive at 12noon (they are helping with food/buffet area), Caterer to arrive at noon. Gina’s parents bringing food at 11:30am. CLICK HERE to view Food Menu. Katie/Mellissa to bring laptop/connect with Gina via Google Meets approx 2:45pm so she can be with us during shower.

1:00 pm Guests Arrive, Shannon arrives, Bridal Shower Starts
1:10pm – Announcement – SUE – Welcome everyone to Bridal Shower and invite all to get food…
• 1:15pm – 1:45pm Food – Buffet – Drinks – Mingle. CLICK HERE to view Food Menu.
1:45pm – BRIDAL SHOWER games (Emily/girls)
• 1:45pm -2:15pm Bridal Shower Games and give out prizes.
2:15pm – BREAK after Games – Have Shannon Cut her Cake,  invite all to get desserts, refresh drinks, make up a candy treat bag for themselves if they havent already, be sure to take a favor if they havent already – pick winner of Guess the number of kisses,.
• 2:15pm – 2:35 pm Shannon cut her cake, Pick winner of Guess the number of Kisses – Cake, desserts and drink.
2:35pm – Announcement – Emily – Just a general raise your glass to Toast Shannon
• 2:35pm –2:45pm Toast…..and connect with Gina on Google Meets..
2:45pm – GIFT OPENING –
• 2:45pm – 4:00pm (or earlier depending on how long it takes to open gifts) – Gift Opening Bride-to-be opens presents. Take Group Photo after she’s done opening gifts.
4:00pm ish – Thank everyone for attending
