SET UP for BRIDAL SHOWER

THURSDAY, April 15h – Sue will set up the Hall (tablecloths, decor, buffet table, dessert/cake table, candy bar, sangri bar, sconce flowers, etc)
SATURDAY, April 17th – 10am – Sue will arrive (ice down water, sodas, bring cake, etc). Emily/Girls to arrive by 11am (to put hanging decor on backdrop, finish setting up sangri bar with drinks/fruit, etc). Sue’s sister and Joey’s mom to arrive at 12noon (they are helping with food/buffet area), Caterer to arrive at noon.
